Tony Claas

Tony Claas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tony started their career at KPMG as an Assurance Manager, where they performed audit engagements and prepared financial statements. Tony then moved to North Shore Bank, where they served as Controller and led the accounting function. Tony later joined Fiserv, Inc. as Director of Financial Analysis, managing treasury responsibilities and overseeing stock option plan activities. Tony then took on a leadership role as VP-Finance at Fiserv, Inc., where they led financial operations and strategic planning. Tony's next position was at State Financial Services Corp as Controller before joining Robert W. Baird as Director of Reporting & Analysis, Firm & PWM, where they implemented a commission payment system and led integration planning for a major acquisition. Most recently, Tony served as Chief Financial Officer at Olympus Group, where they led the financial, purchasing, and human resources teams, implemented foundational practices, and introduced the EOS system for strategic alignment.

Tony Claas attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management.
