Elodie Convercey has extensive work experience in marketing and sales leadership roles. Elodie is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at OM Pharma, where they lead global brand strategies and drives implementation worldwide. Prior to their current role, Elodie was the Director | Head of Global Marketing at OM Pharma, responsible for shaping global brands strategies and developing innovation pipeline.
Before joining OM Pharma, Elodie worked at Food4Health Holding as a Senior Advisor | Consultant, focusing on start-up fundraising and licensing/partnering. Elodie also served as the Global Director of Marketing & Sales Transformation at ConvaTec.
In their previous roles at Nestlé Health Science, Elodie held the positions of Global Strategy & Marketing Head for Neurological Impairment and Business Unit Lead for Pediatric Medical Care in France. Elodie also worked as a Senior Global Marketing Manager for Allergy Medical Care.
Elodie's earlier experience includes working at Nestlé as a Global Associate Marketing Manager for FITNESS and as a Global Innovation Marketing Manager. Elodie began their career at Danone Dairy as a Brand Manager for TAILLEFINE and at Mars as an Assistant Brand Manager for MARS.
Elodie Convercey pursued their education in multiple institutions and fields. In 2000, they enrolled in EM Strasbourg Business School and completed their Bachelor's program in Business & Management in 2004. During their studies, in 2001 to 2002, they attended Bond University, where they obtained their Master 1 degree specializing in Business Administration and Management. Later on, in 2013, Elodie Convercey engaged in a short-term study at the London Business School, focusing on Management Training.
