Lisa Berg Rydsbo has a diverse work experience in various leadership and board positions. Starting in 2002, they worked as an Account Manager at Bite Communications, focusing on IT companies. Lisa then became the VP of Marketing at Panopticon Software, where they were responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing and PR initiatives. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as the Nordic Marketing Manager at Mercury Interactive, overseeing the Nordic marketing plan, budget, lead generation, events, and PR. In 2007, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they held several roles, including WW Marketing Manager for Software Services and later Global Marketing Manager. Lisa also served as the WW Marketing Director for Content & Strategy. Lisa joined Apica Systems in 2018 as the CMO/COO before moving on to become the Chief Marketing Officer at Omada in 2020. Lisa has also served on various boards, including Safeture, Nordic Finance, and Pegroco Invest AB, where they held the positions of Board Member, Chairman of the Board, and GTM Strategy Consultant respectively.
Lisa Berg Rydsbo completed their Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication from Lund University, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Lisa later pursued a Master of Science degree in Public Relations & Organizational Development at Boston University from 1996 to 1997.
