Richard Allman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Richard currently works as the UK Sales Lead at Omada, a global market leader in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). In this role, they are responsible for offering a full-featured, enterprise-grade, cloud native IGA solution to help organizations achieve compliance, reduce risk, and maximize efficiency.
Prior to joining Omada, Richard held various roles at SparkBeyond, starting as an Impact Strategist and eventually becoming the Director of Sales for the Knowledge Business Unit. SparkBeyond is a knowledge-enhanced predictive analytics company that builds smarter predictive models by uncovering hidden meaning within data.
Before joining SparkBeyond, Richard worked as a Client Partner at Virtusa, a systems integrator specializing in banking and financial services. In this role, they focused on account management and driving account growth through innovative solutions.
Richard also gained experience in the field of cybersecurity while working at HPE Security Products. Richard initially served as a Senior Account Manager and Territory Team lead before transitioning into the role of a Strategic Account Manager. Here, they were involved in defining sales strategies, generating pipelines, and closing large deals for the security products division.
Earlier in their career, Richard worked as a Business Development Manager at Engage ESM Limited, where they focused on revenue growth in named accounts and generating new business. Richard played a key role in securing significant contracts with global real estate management organizations and implementing new go-to-market strategies.
Richard's work experience also includes serving in the British Army, where they were mobilized for operational service overseas. In this role, they mentored foreign partnered forces to develop a sustainable capability.
Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated expertise in sales, account management, cybersecurity, and business development.
Richard Allman completed their education at the University of Warwick from 2007 to 2011, where they earned an MEng (Hons) degree in Electronic Engineering with Communications. In 2019, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for executive education in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy.
