Phillip Le currently serves as the Assistant to the General Manager at Omakase Restaurant Group since November 2021. Previously, Phillip held the position of General Manager at Lungomare from July 2016 to March 2020, overseeing its revitalization to become a prominent destination in Jack London Square, Oakland, CA. Phillip also has experience as a Sous Chef at FK Restaurants & Hospitality and as a Line Cook at The Slanted Door Group. Phillip's formal education includes an Associate of Science degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from the Culinary Institute of Alain and Marie LeNotre, as well as a degree from the University of St. Thomas (TX).
