Marta Shchavurska

Marta Shchavurska is a Senior Legal Counsel with experience in international trade, commercial law, and legal technology. Marta has worked at Omio and Metinvest in similar roles. Additionally, Marta has served as a Board Member at the Professional Government Association of Ukraine. Marta's background includes expertise in corporate law, M&A, and commercial law, with previous roles at VASIL KISIL & PARTNERS and Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners. Marta holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Private International Law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor of Law from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
