Neeta Rathor

Neeta Rathor is a seasoned layout designer with extensive experience in analog circuit design, currently working at Omni Design Technologies, Inc. since July 2019. Previous roles include contributions to the SerDes group at Infinera, where analog mask design was executed for Tx, Rx, and PLL blocks using TSMC 16 nm FinFET technology. Neeta's experience spans various companies, including INVECAS and Microchip Technology, where numerous critical analog macros, PAD libraries, and high-speed complex analog circuits were successfully developed. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications from HBTI Kanpur, completed in 2000.
