Sujay Singh

Sujay Singh is a Senior Principal Reliability Engineer at onsemi since September 2016, with previous experience as a Thermal Characterization Reliability Engineer at Fairchild from October 2015 to September 2016. Responsibilities at onsemi include characterizing power semiconductor devices, assessing thermal properties and reliability, performing thermal and mechanical analysis for failure analysis, and collaborating with development teams. Prior to this, Sujay served as a Research Assistant at The Research Foundation for SUNY, focusing on electronic properties of nanostructures and developing fabrication processes for electronic devices. Sujay also has teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University at Buffalo and as a Lecturer at FIITJEE Limited. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Physics from the University at Buffalo and a Master's Degree in Physics from Banaras Hindu University.
