Tom Swift

Tom Swift has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tom started their career as a Web Developer at tintinet, where they focused on freelance web design and development. Tom then transitioned to a role as a Bar Staff at Rose Leisure, eventually becoming a Bar Manager, where they oversaw a team and managed stock orders. Tom then worked as a Sales Executive at Anglian Home Improvements before joining Yellowbus Solutions Ltd as a Software Developer. At Yellowbus Solutions, they specialized in developing software for Windows applications and web platforms, expanding their expertise to include Azure hosting and migration. Currently, Tom is with On the Beach, initially joining as a Junior Software Engineer and progressing to Senior Software Engineer. Tom is currently serving as an Engineering Team Lead at On the Beach.

Tom Swift's education history includes a Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) in Computer Science from The Open University in 2017, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Popular Music and Recording from The University of Salford from 2007 to 2010, and completion of GCSE's from Lowton High School from 1999 to 2004. Tom also has additional certifications, including MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft obtained in 2014, and MS: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 also obtained in 2014.
