Brett Kashanitz has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Brett is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at On The Stage. Prior to this, they were the Executive Vice President of Operations at Careerbuilder Sourcing Solutions, where they strategically directed a $13M entity comprised of 7 business units. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Engagement & Service at CareerBuilder.com, where they owned and directed a $5M business unit. Brett also worked as the Vice President of Consulting Talent and Operations at Personified - a Division of CareerBuilder, launching the Human Capital Consulting Group. Early in their career, they worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Recruiting Manager and at Computer Generated Solutions as a Hardware Support Specialist. Brett has a strong track record of driving revenue, leading organizational change, and optimizing productivity.

Brett Kashanitz began their education journey by attending Eastern Illinois University from 1991 to 1996. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts. After a significant gap in their education, Brett resumed their studies in 2012 and completed them in 2014 at the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Here, they earned a Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) through the Executive Program, although the specific field of study is not provided.
