Lee Wilcox

Lee Wilcox is an experienced leader with a strong commitment to driving positive change in the construction industry as the CEO of On The Tools since August 2014. With a mission to create a sustainable organization, Lee has also contributed as a Non Executive Board Member at Create Central, an industry body focused on enhancing the creative sectors in the UK from March 2021 to June 2022. Previously, Lee served as Director at Leisure Leagues from June 2005 to March 2015, overseeing the sales department and the overall business direction during its expansion in Europe while leveraging expertise in web-based platforms to improve user experiences. Education was completed at Wilnecote High School from 1996 to 2003.
