John Dwyier

John Dwyier has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. John is currently the Director of Operations at Onclave Networks, Inc., a company that specializes in secure IoT solutions. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder and Operation Program Manager at the same company. John also served as the Director of Channel Success at Onclave Networks.

Before joining Onclave Networks, John was the Managing Partner at Migrate2, LLC, a Managed Service Provider and Microsoft Partner. John played a key role in ensuring compliance and protecting ICS devices.

John's experience also includes being a Co-Founder at XeComm, Inc, where they developed cloud-based software tools for sales and marketing campaigns. John held this position for 10 years. John was also the Vice President of Marketing at Progressive Consulting, Inc, where they worked on software development for web and handheld wireless applications.

In addition, John has held roles such as Operations Director at Crosstier, Program Director at Wang, and Program Manager Operations at API. These positions involved managing teams and accounts for various government and private industry clients.

At the start of their career, John worked as a Project Manager at Integrated Microcomputer Systems, where they were responsible for the Network Operations Center at the DIA and managed federal contract operations.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in operations, marketing, software development, and project management.

John Dwyier attended Averett University from 1970 to 1992 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business.
