Bill Gollnick has extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles within Native American tribes and educational organizations. Currently serving as a Strategist for the Oneida Nation since June 2022, Bill previously held the position of Tribal Administrator for the Tejon Indian Tribe from May 2012 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing governmental programs for the newly federally recognized tribe. Bill's earlier roles include Chief of Staff for the Oneida Tribe of Indians, General Manager for the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin, and Legislative Affairs Director for the Oneida Tribe, with a focus on intergovernmental negotiations and legislative processes. Bill also served as Vice-Chair of the National Advisory Council on Indian Education, Education Consultant for the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, and held several positions in educational administration, including Assistant Chancellor at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Bill's educational background includes a Master of Education from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
