Adeline Karine

Adeline Karine is a Research Engineer at ONERA - The French Aerospace Lab since October 2016, specializing in hyperspectral remote sensing within the Department of Theoretical and Applied Optics. In addition, Adeline has been involved in part-time teaching at ISAE-SUPAERO, focusing on optical passive remote sensing. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral researcher role at the University of California, Davis, where Adeline researched plant functional types and participated in NASA-related projects, as well as a similar position at IRD - UMR LISAH, focusing on soil properties prediction using hyperspectral data. Adeline completed a Ph.D. at ISAE-SUPAERO, examining urban materials classification using hyperspectral imagery and has engaged in various roles, including teaching assistance and internships in research engineering. Adeline's educational background includes a research master's and engineering degree in Electronics, Signal, and Image processing from ENSEEIHT.
