Sheri Francis

Sheri Francis is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account coordination and document management. Currently serving as an Account Coordinator at OneTouchPoint since October 2020, Sheri serves as the on-site print coordinator for Insperity. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Xerox, where Sheri held the role of Document Advisor/CSR for seven years, acting as a liaison between clients and the print shop. Sheri also worked for Insperity in a similar capacity, contracted by Xerox, and held various leadership roles at TigerDirect.com, managing financial operations and internal HR functions. Previous positions include a Customer Service Representative at Aon Hewitt and a Senior Center Manager at FedEx Office, overseeing multiple retail locations. Sheri graduated with a Diploma of Distinction from Linden McKinley High School in 1987.
