Kristin Walton

Kristin Walton is a Senior Director of Product Strategy and Innovation at Pager, leading strategic development for emerging product projects in the health payer space since September 2021. Previously, Kristin served as a Senior Strategic Account Expansion Executive at Pager, where work focused on empowering health plans and members. Earlier roles include Sales and Channel Development Executive at Cambia Health Solutions, overseeing the strategy for Human Performance and Wellbeing products, and Director of Strategic Planning at Johnson, Kendall & Johnson, where Kristin directed programs for health and welfare insurance brokerage services. Additional experience encompasses leadership roles in nonprofit development, race management, and consulting in educational publishing. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
