Felicia Shy, MBA, FPC has over twelve years of experience in the payroll and tax industry. Felicia began their career in 2008 as an Import Analyst and Export Analyst at Hanjin Shipping. In 2013, they moved to Robert Half as a Garnishment Specialist for Koch Business Solutions. In 2014, they joined Koch Business Solutions (KBS) as a Payroll Garnishment Specialist. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC as a Senior Payroll Compliance Analyst and Payroll Analyst. Most recently, they have been an Advanced Support Tax Consultant and Operations Tax Analyst at OnPay since 2019. In their roles, they have provided Tier-2 support for tax issues, managed correspondences with tax agencies, resolved tax issues, managed general ledger configurations, interface testing, and annual calendar implementation, handled reconciliations for month-end close, managed SG&A salary budgeting reviews and manual adjustments, managed quality assurance import shipment reports, generated accurate export shipping bills of ladings, and managed new hire training programs.

Felicia Shy, MBA, FPC has an extensive education history. Felicia obtained their Masters in Business Administration and Management, General from Clayton State University in 2013. Felicia also obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Clayton State University in 2008, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Georgia Perimeter College in 2006. In 2018, they obtained a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst Certification from the Corporate Finance Institute\u00ae (CFI). Additionally, they obtained a Fundamental Payroll Certification from the American Payroll Association in June 2020.
