Danielle Rocha, CPC, CPMA has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Danielle is currently the Director of RCM Financial Operations at OnPoint Healthcare Partners, where they are responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive measurement strategy to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiency. Danielle also leads offshore teams and establishes governance protocols.

Prior to their current role, Danielle served as the Director of Revenue Cycle Account Management at Azalea Health, where they led revenue cycle account management, implemented continuous improvement initiatives, and developed business strategies for both internal and offshore operations. Danielle also served as a Senior Revenue Cycle Manager, overseeing account management and patient relations teams, presenting Key Performance Indicators to C-Level executives, and analyzing department metrics and cash flow management. Earlier roles at Azalea Health include Quality Assurance Manager, Revenue Cycle Account Coordinator Team Lead, Software Implementation and Support Specialist, and Revenue Cycle Account Manager.

Before joining Azalea Health, Danielle worked at ResCare HomeCare Service as the Billing Department Manager, overseeing a team responsible for commercial and private pay home health billing, patient customer service, and employee training. Prior to that, they served as an Office Manager at Diversified Environmental.

Danielle Rocha, CPC, CPMA has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Southern New Hampshire University, which they completed in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business and Marketing from Lake-Sumter State College in 2001. In terms of additional certifications, Danielle obtained the Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) certification from AAPC in September 2017, and the Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification from AAPC in March 2011. Danielle has also completed various LinkedIn courses, including "20 Habits of Executive Leadership," "Project Management Skills for Leaders," "Strategic Thinking," "Be the Manager People Won't Leave," "Coaching and Developing Employees," "How to Be More Strategic in Six Steps," and "Make the Move from Individual Contributor to Manager." These LinkedIn certifications were obtained in 2023, with some in March and others in April.
