Damon Jones

Damon Jones has extensive work experience in UX design and leadership roles. Damon is currently the Head of UX Design at Onto Innovation, a position they started in May 2023. Prior to this, Damon worked as a Professor of Design at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design since December 2016, where they taught User Experience Design best practices and advanced techniques. Damon also served as the Creative Director of UX Design at Advisor360° from August 2019 to May 2023, leading a team of designers in delivering intuitive and powerful experiences for financial advisors and investors. Before that, they were the Director of UX Design at BNY Mellon | Eagle Investment Systems from August 2017 to August 2019, building a design team and a strategic advantage in the market. Damon's earlier experience includes working as a Creative Director of UX Design at Fidelity Investments from June 2006 to July 2017, where they managed multiple portfolios and directed the design of the Fidelity Mobile App, achieving over 5 million unique downloads.

Damon Jones obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from Massachusetts College of Art and Design between 2003 and 2006.
