Jessica Rusin

Jessica Rusin currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Wildwood Ventures, a venture studio focused on building and investing in human technology businesses, since September 2024. In addition, Jessica holds several advisory and coaching roles, including Fractional CTO and Advisor at Virta Health, Executive Coach at Elevate Leadership, and Owner, Advisor, and Executive Coach at Peak Light. Jessica brings extensive experience from Guild Education, where previous positions included Senior Advisor, Chief Technology Officer, SVP of Engineering, and VP of Engineering, playing a crucial role in scaling technology teams and strategy. As a Limited Partner at Operator Collective, Jessica contributes to a community that empowers exceptional tech executives. Previous roles include Senior Director of Engineering at MobileDay, Co-founder and CTO at Evver, and Senior Software Engineer at Digital River. Jessica holds a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota.
