Jessica MacDonald

Jessica MacDonald currently serves as the Director of Strategic Corporate Partnerships at Opportunity@Work since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Operations Manager for Project Services and Sr. Talent Advisor at KellyOCG and Kelly Services, respectively, from August 2019 to January 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Talent Development Specialist at TDECU from January 2013 to April 2016, where responsibilities encompassed managing compliance training, developing technical curricula, and facilitating onboarding processes. Jessica began a career in education as a teacher at Brazosport Independent School District from August 2002 to July 2010, focusing on curriculum development and engaging teaching strategies. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
