Nisheeth Soni

Nisheeth Soni started their work experience as a Marketing Officer at Balmer Lawrie & Co Ltd in 2006. Nisheeth then moved on to GENPACT in 2007, where they worked as an Assistant Manager, focusing on project management, automation, and process improvement. In 2012, they joined Hewlett-Packard as a Data Science Specialist and stayed there until 2015. Following that, they worked at GrayMatter Software Services Pvt Ltd as a Sr. Data Scientist from 2015 to 2017. Nisheeth then joined Cargill as a Sr. Data Scientist and Mentor, where they worked until 2019. Currently, Nisheeth is working at Optimal Strategix Group, Inc. as an Associate Director and later promoted to Director Data Science.
