Inna Ohana

Inna Ohana is an experienced R&D Group Manager at Optimove, managing two multicultural teams focused on core business operations involving the sending and analysis of marketing campaigns. Prior roles include R&D Team Leader and Senior Software Development Engineer, where Inna tackled challenges related to processing large volumes of campaigns and ensuring efficient resource distribution. Previous experience also encompasses work as a Senior Software Development Engineer at CPattern, developing a retention management system utilizing AI for real-time behavior analysis, and as a Full Stack Developer at Top Solutions. Inna began a career as a Software Engineer in the Quality and Security Division of Whitewater Group. Inna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
