David Korn

David is a President and also a member of the Operating Committee for Options Group. He reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the firm. David is responsible for day to day management of the firm across all products, functions and regions and oversees the strategic planning and corporate development functions within the firm. As part of his portfolio of responsibilities, David is in charge of developing and implementing programs and management processes designed to accelerate Option Group’s revenue and profitability globally. In addition to David's responsibilities for client relationships and search execution globally, he is also responsible for OGiQ, the firm’s strategy, research and intelligence unit that oversees firm wide marketing, client coverage, business development and consultant support, competitive intelligence, talent analytics and consulting, as well as OG University the firm's training and talent development group.
