Dulce Barnes

Dulce Barnes is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a transitional care coordinator in complex case review at Orange County Global Medical Center since June 2019. Barnes also works as an independent contractor as a review nurse for homeless referrals and has held the position of recuperative care manager at Illumination Foundation since 2014.
