Jessica Felton, PHR, SHRM-CP, has over 13 years of experience in the field of human resources. Jessica is currently working as a Senior HR Manager at Orange Logic, a company that provides a digital asset management platform for content creators. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at Involta as a Manager of Organizational Development and later as a Regional Human Resources Manager. Involta is a national provider of IT intelligence and infrastructure. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at L3Harris Technologies and as an HR/Administrative Assistant at Geneva Liberty Steel.
