Jennifer Lane, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse background in the field of Human Resources. With experience in a range of roles from Human Resources Manager to Director of Human Resources & Operations, Jennifer has worked at various companies such as BAE Systems, Inc., Ball Aerospace, and Orbital Micro Systems. Jennifer also holds a BS in Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Montana State University-Bozeman.
