Kusa Raju Adabala has been working in the engineering field since 2015. kusa raju began their career as a Trainee at Institute of Silicon Systems. kusa raju then moved to GigaCom Semiconductors Pvt.Ltd., where they worked as an Analog Layout Engineer from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Eximius Design as a Sr Layout Engineer. Currently, they are employed at Orca Systems, Inc. as a Sr Analog and RF Layout Engineer since 2022.

Kusa Raju Adabala obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Pragati Engineering College, Surampalem between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a diploma in Diploma from A.A.N.M &V.V.R.S.R.Polytechnic Gudlavalleru between 2009 and 2012.
