Charlene Warnock has six years of work experience, beginning in 2013. Charlene served as an English Language Assistant for the Teaching Assistant Program in France USA from 2013 to 2015. Charlene then worked for College Forward as an Americorps Volunteer- College Completion Coach and Salesforce Administrator- Junior from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they joined EBQuickstart LLC (EBQ) as a Salesforce Specialist. From 2017 to 2018, they worked for Kids in a New Groove as a Salesforce Administrator and Program Coordinator. Charlene then moved to CASA of Travis County where they held the role of Database Manager from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are employed at Ordoro as a Customer Success Leader.

Charlene Warnock has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in International/Global Studies & Mandarin Chinese from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an International Studies degree from North Carolina State University from 2009 to 2010. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Salesforce for Salesforce Administration Certification and Salesforce Certified Administrator in August 2016, as well as a Red Cross CPR and First Aid certification.
