Vered Ben-Dor

Vered Ben-Dor has a diverse range of work experience, with a focus on software engineering and technical leadership roles. They started their career at XUMA in 1999 as a software engineer. They then moved on to AOL Music and Media in 2000, where they played a key role in designing and implementing a streaming solution for AOL's broadband Radio. Following that, Vered worked at Shopping.com (an eBay company) as a Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead, leading a team dedicated to developing a user loyalty program. In 2010, they joined Clairmail as a Solution Architect & Technical Lead, where they developed and integrated mobile and web services for banking clients. Their most recent role is at O'Reilly Media, where they have been a Senior Software Engineer since 2011. In this role, they have been instrumental in re-architecting O'Reilly's learning platform and designing a JWT-based single sign-on solution.

Vered Ben-Dor's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Software Engineering from Golden Gate University.
