Scientist II at Organogenesis

Grant Alexander has extensive work experience in the scientific field. Grant currently serves as a Scientist II at Organogenesis since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Viadigm Therapeutics as a Senior Scientist from September 2019 to December 2021. In 2018, Grant held the position of Senior Research Scientist at Endomimetics, LLC, where they conducted research on various clinical applications. Grant also gained valuable experience during their internship at NASA, where they researched treatability methods for environmental remediation. In addition, Grant completed internships at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Open Biosystems, where they focused on optimizing PCR methods and assisting with gene expression and quality control, respectively. In 2007, they worked as an Operating Room Assistant at the Surgery Center of Huntsville. Throughout their career, Grant has demonstrated strong research skills, multidisciplinary collaboration, and effective scientific communication abilities.

Grant Alexander completed their Bachelor's degree in Physics at Vanderbilt University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2012 to 2018.
