Rosalyn Keane

Rosalyn Keane currently serves as Senior Counsel at Orion Marine Group, focusing on construction-related legal issues and contracts across the Western United States since April 2021. Prior to this, Rosalyn was the In-House Counsel for O'Rourke Petroleum from July 2013 to April 2021, where responsibilities included establishing the legal department and managing acquisition matters. Rosalyn began legal career as a Law Clerk at Donato, Minx, Brown & Pool, P.C. from January 2011 to October 2012, drafting legal documents and conducting legal research. Educational credentials include a J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston (2012) and a BS in Environmental Science from Lamar University (2009).
