Melissa L. Mong

Melissa L. Mong is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, securities, and governance. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Tidewater since September 2022, Melissa has held senior legal positions at The Howard Hughes Corporation and Sensata Technologies, as well as roles such as General Counsel at Camino Information Services. With a strong background in advising executives and boards on corporate governance, compliance, and securities law across various industries, Melissa has also contributed to major legal practices as a partner at Patton Boggs LLP and Moye White LLP. Academically, Melissa earned a Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
