Nicholas Moos

Nicholas Moos has extensive experience in property management and asset management, serving as Principal and Director of Property Management at Orion Property Group, LLC since April 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing multifamily, commercial, and retail assets across the Midwest. From July 2008 to February 2010, Nicholas held the position of Sr. Vice President of Property Management at Signature Community Management, focusing on the nationwide expansion of third-party property management. Prior to that, Nicholas was the Vice President of Property Management at The Neighborhood Group Inc from January 2004 to June 2008, managing multi-family apartment properties in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Nicholas holds both a B.A. and M.A. in Art History from The University of Kansas, earned between 1971 and 1979.
