Elsa Ingpen, DNP, APRN, FNP-C has a diverse work experience. Elsa currently serves as the Director of School Health at Orleans Southwest Supervisory Union since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at The University of Vermont Health Network - Central Vermont Medical Center as both a Family Nurse Practitioner in Express Care and a Registered Nurse in Express Care from 2016 to present. Elsa also worked as a School Nurse at Hardwick Elementary School from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they were a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital from 2015 to 2017, and a Post Permanency Service Provider at Easter Seals VT from 2011 to 2014.

Elsa Ingpen, DNP, APRN, FNP-C has a comprehensive education history. Elsa pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Beloit College from 1994 to 1998. Following this, Elsa enrolled at the University of Vermont from 2014 to 2018, where they successfully completed their Doctor of Nurse Practice (DNP) degree with a specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner.
