Andrew MacLean

Andrew MacLean has a diverse range of work experience in the field of operations, supply chain, and logistics. Andrew has held roles in various companies, including Ornua, Ryder Supply Chain Solutions, Schreiber Foods, MCL Industries, Inc, Mercury Marine, Avery Dennison, Hub Group, Swift Transportation, and Schneider National Inc.

Most recently, Andrew served as the Head of Operational Excellence for Ornua Ingredients North America, where they were responsible for developing the operations strategy for six plants. Andrew directly supervised a team and oversaw the production of over 200MMlbs of Process Cheese annually.

Prior to this, Andrew worked as a Supply Chain Engineer at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions and as a DC Project Engineer at Schreiber Foods. Andrew also served as the New Product Introduction Manager at MCL Industries, Inc, the Supply Chain Manager at Mercury Marine, the Logistics Project Engineer at Avery Dennison, and the Director of Logistics Engineering at Hub Group.

Andrew's early career experience includes roles such as Senior Logistics Analyst at Swift Transportation and Logistics Analyst at Schneider National Inc. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a focus on improving efficiency in supply chain operations.

Andrew MacLean obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Paisley College of Technology between 1987 and 1991. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Logistics at Penn State University-Smeal College of Business from 2002 to 2004.
