Jess Leigh

Jess Leigh has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2012, they worked as an Executive Assistant at HDMZ, an integrated marketing communications agency. Jess'sresponsibilities included providing administrative support to C-level executives and working closely with the Finance team. In 2014, Jess joined Oru Kayak, a company focused on offering customers design-driven outdoor exploration opportunities. Jess initially worked as Customer Experience + Operations, being the first point of contact for inquiries and implementing internal policies. Later, they became Director of Operations, managing relationships with contract manufacturers and vendors. Currently, as the Director of Supply Chain & Process Improvements, they mentor teams and individuals for continuous improvement, with a focus on procurement and global logistics.
