Andrea Molina Tabeira

Andrea Molina Tabeira has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Andrea is currently working as the VP of People at Osana Salud, where they are involved in the development of technological infrastructure for the healthcare industry. Previously, they held various roles at Mercado Libre, including Corporate Talent Development Supervisor, People Business Partner Supervisor, and Senior People Business Partner & Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, Andrea worked as a Clinical Psychologist at Psicóloga Clínica for over a decade. Andrea also has experience as a Human Resources Lead in Learning & Development at Tata Consultancy Services, a Talent Acquisition Lead at Multi Ahorro, and a Human Resources Analyst at both L`Oréal and Secretaría del MERCOSUR.

Andrea Molina Tabeira completed their undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Psychology with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services, from Universidad de la República in 2009. Andrea then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources and Knowledge Management, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services, which they obtained from Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes between 2014 and 2016. In 2016, Andrea earned a certification in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Coaching from the Instituto de PNL del Uruguay. Moving forward, they obtained a certification in Learning Sciences from McMaster University in 2018. In 2020, they focused on Learning Agility and studied at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Lastly, in 2022, Andrea obtained a degree in Health Information Systems from Instituto Universitario Hospital Italiano.
