Jessica Olsen has over 7 years of work experience in facilities and operations management. Jessica began their career in 2015 as an Assistant Manager at Westville Old Boys' Sports Club, where they worked for three years. In 2018, they joined Need A Tool as an Administration Manager and stayed with the company for one year. From 2019 to 2020, Jessica worked as a Centre Manager at Cube Workspace. In 2020, they transitioned to BET Software and took on the role of Office Manager for five months before being promoted to Facilities & Operations Manager, a position they held until 2022. In 2022, they joined Rebellion as a Facilities Manager and worked there until 2023. Currently, they are serving as a Facilities Manager at Osler Diagnostics.

Jessica Olsen's education history begins with their attendance at Durban Girls' High School from 2008 to 2012. Jessica then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and English Literature at the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 2015 to 2017.
