Trine Moe

Trine Moe is an experienced Næringsrådgiver og prosjektleder at Østfold fylkeskommune since January 2024, overseeing the Partnerskap for Næringsutvikling in Østfold, with a focus on entrepreneurship and business development. From June 2016, Trine Moe has also served as a prosjektleder at Partnerskap for Næringsutvikling in Østfold, targeting enhanced value creation and employment through strategic projects. Previously, Trine Moe held the position of Næringsrådgiver at Viken fylkeskommune from January 2020 to December 2023 and at Østfold fylkeskommune from May 2002 to December 2019, managing various aspects of business development and project execution. Additionally, Trine Moe gained experience in secretariat leadership and project development for Interreg programs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Økonom with a specialization in project administration from BI Norwegian Business School, complemented by studies at Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences.
