Carel Soo

Carel Soo is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Regional Marketing Manager for Oterra since May 2021, Carel previously held the same title at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S, focusing on marketing initiatives for natural colors across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. As the founder of Flavors Atelier from 2014 to 2018, Carel partnered with cafes and restaurants to create unique beverage experiences. Earlier roles include Senior Brand Manager at Nestlé, Category Manager at Firmenich, and marketing positions at ABR Holdings Limited and BreadTalk Pte Ltd. Carel holds a Bachelor's degree from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
