Zhiheng Xu

Zhiheng Xu is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in operations research. Currently serving as Principal Data Scientist at Otis Elevator Co. since February 2020, Zhiheng Xu previously held the position of Senior Data Scientist in the same field at BNSF Railway from July 2018 to January 2020. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering obtained from the University at Buffalo in 2019, as well as a Master’s Degree in the same discipline from the University at Buffalo in 2014. Zhiheng Xu also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Engineering from China University of Geosciences, earned in 2013.
