Kate M. is the Senior Vice President of Digital Product at Our Place. Kate has extensive experience in product management, having scaled the product, engineering, product design, and analytics functions to 20 person teams at both Brooklinen and Rothy's. Kate introduced quarterly roadmaps, multi-variate testing programs, and cross-functional squad structures at both companies, increasing conversion rates to more than 2x the industry average. Kate also oversaw the design and technical rebuild for Brooklinen.com and built and launched Marlowpillow.com, on time and with zero critical issues. Prior to their work at Brooklinen and Rothy's, Kate was a Senior Product Manager at Ancestry.

Kate M. has a certification from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and another certification from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner. Kate also has a degree in Business Management with a focus in Marketing/Broadcasting from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
