🇸🇪 Rasmus Josefsson

Rasmus Josefsson started their career as a Software Developer at trivago in June 2017. 🇸🇪 Rasmus was responsible for developing and maintaining an internal CRM application designed to help with closing deals, obtaining insights for prospecting, and assisting hoteliers in gaining customers. 🇸🇪 Rasmus oversaw the application's entire development cycle and ensured it met the company's standards for quality and performance. In December 2018, they joined Microsoft as a Software Engineer, where they contributed to building the next-generation platform for Microsoft Teams. 🇸🇪 Rasmus developed the new user list, utilized virtualization techniques to optimize performance, and seamlessly integrated Teams into various applications. 🇸🇪 Rasmus also worked on the development of Skype Web Control, a web-based Skype client embedded within third-party websites. In 2020, Rasmus joined Outreach as a Staff Software Engineer and later became a Senior Software Engineer. 🇸🇪 Rasmus is responsible for developing and maintaining the administration section of the Outreach platform and the support admin portal. Additionally, they have mentored junior colleagues, participated in on-call shifts and incident handling, conducted interviews, and contributed to company hackathons.

Rasmus Josefsson obtained a Degree of Bachelor of Science with a major in Informatics from University West, specializing in systems development with a focus on IT and society. 🇸🇪 Rasmus completed their studies at the university from 2015 to 2018.
