Ivan Rodriguez Salguero

Ivan Rodriguez Salguero has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and agile project management. Ivan started their career in 2008 as a Software Developer and Software Team Lead at Corporación para la Investigación de la Corrosión, where they were responsible for software development, project management, and fulfilling the roles of Product Owner and Scrum Master. Ivan then transitioned to RTRC Colombia Ltda in 2011, where they worked as a Software Business Analyst and later as a Senior Software Engineer, applying best software development practices. In 2016, they joined ROSEN as a Scrum Master, providing team coaching, agile planning, and removing impediments. Ivan then moved to BestSecret in 2018 as an Agilist, promoting the agile mindset and facilitating agile events for the team. In 2020, they joined wefox Group (wefox & ONE) as an Agilist/Scrum Master, and currently, in 2021, they are working at OutSystems as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) - Team Lead. Throughout their career, Ivan has demonstrated a strong focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, and team performance.

Ivan Rodriguez Salguero attended Universidad Industrial de Santander from 2002 to 2008, where they received a BSc in Systems Engineering. In addition to their degree, Ivan has obtained certifications including Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in 2017, and Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2016.
