Kristin Reichman

Kristin Reichman is an accomplished marketing and talent development professional with extensive experience in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing employee engagement. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing and Learning and Talent Development at Oversight since November 2017, Kristin has successfully transformed the company into a leader in its field. Prior positions include Sales Training Manager at Bank of America Merchant Services, where Kristin designed and delivered innovative training for sales executives, and Corporate Sales and Training Manager at Apple, leading efforts to expand market share in corporate IT. Earlier roles involved building client relationships and sales teams at B INTERACTIVE and hibu, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving recognition for performance. Kristin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications from the University of Florida and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School, in addition to a paralegal certificate from Emory University.
