Lisa Harle-Ward

Lisa Harle-Ward is the founder and head coach of GrowthTime, a position held since July 2022. In addition, Lisa serves as the Wellbeing Service Manager for Oxfordshire Mind, where responsibilities include overseeing localities and information services since October 2018, and previously managed the Cherwell and West locality team. Prior roles include Recovery College Coordinator at Restore: Working for Mental Health from May 2016 to October 2018, and Thriving Families Project Worker at Oxfordshire County Council from January 2013 to May 2016. Early career experiences include various positions at Kärcher UK and roles as a sales/account executive at Stones the Printers. Lisa completed education at UCL from 1996 to 1999 and attended Banbury School Sixthform Centre.
