Mike Laubacher

Mike Laubacher is an experienced educator and recruiter with a diverse career spanning multiple roles in education and recruitment. Currently serving as a Social Science Teacher at Oxnard Union High School District since August 2021, Mike previously held various positions at Santa Clara High School, including Dean of Students, Department Chair, and Secondary School Teacher. Mike's recruitment experience includes roles at Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco and Collabera, where responsibilities encompassed full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, and onboarding processes for a variety of positions. Mike's educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Secondary Education from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California. Additionally, Mike has gained international educational experience through studies at Universidad Pablo de Olavide.
