Paula Jessen

Paula Jessen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Paula started their career as a student intern at Pasos y Compases Kindergarten, where they focused on organizing activities for children's growth. Paula then worked as a Family Counselor at the Social District Department in Bogota, conducting crisis counseling sessions and implementing plans to overcome difficulties for families. Paula also served as a Standards Inspector at C&M Consultants, ensuring compliance with childcare standards in district daycares. Paula then joined Elite Cleaning Services as an Operations Manager, overseeing daily operations and maximizing customer satisfaction. At Montage Deer Valley, Paula worked as a Children's Program Manager, responsible for designing educational programs and managing daily operations. Paula later joined Vacasa as an Assistant to the General Manager before taking on various roles at Pacaso, including Home Manager and Regional Director of Operations.
