Rand Baker

Rand Baker is an experienced Design Representative at PACE Collaborative, with responsibilities including contract administration, QA/QC site observations, punch list reporting, project management, and conducting IR building scans using a Flir camera. Prior to this role, Rand served as a Lead Electrician at Sentara from 1994 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a Level 1 Thermographer certification from the Infrared Training Center, LEED AP BD+C accreditation from USGBC, Master Electrician certification from TECA, and a Vocational Diploma in Electrician from Granby High School.
